    Manage Requests Online

    Our Service Request feature allows you to respond, monitor, and communicate the status of any job with just a few clicks. You are in-the-loop every step of the way with email alerts and online notifications when a request is created, amended, or updated.


    Customizable Forms

    Service Requests lets you create a completely customized, online form for each category. Add as many fields as you need to get the right information, and help save you time in dealing with each request. Once submitted, the request gets added to your queue, so you can always see the status of all requests.

    Requests and forms can be accessed from any desktop/laptop computer, tablet, or mobile device, including from our app. Residents can complete or update a service request form and submit their information from wherever they are, including attachments such as a photo.


    Track and Distribute Requests

    You can easily create a customized workflow for requests which distributes items to staff (or even vendors!). Depending on the request that is completed, issues can be sent directly to anyone on your team, such as a superintendent.

    Requests are always tracked by unit, so you’ll always be able to access a history of what happened. And full reporting features mean you can very quickly generate all of the information you need to update your board, your manager, or anyone else who is asking.

    Concierge Plus also sends a daily or weekly digest (you choose!) to remind you of the status of what’s happening in your community.
